Return Policy
All dress sales are final as each dress is made to order. Please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order if you need to make any changes. Once an order is confirmed with the designer, it cannot be cancelled or changed. We allow a 10 day evaluation period for in-stock accessories over $100 with a 15% restocking fee. Sizing
The customer is responsible for her size selection. We highly recommend that you go to a trusted tailor/seamstress to get measured. Do not assume you are your usual dress size. Orders are based on standard sizes specific to the designer's size chart. We are happy to work with you to make a recommendation based on your measurements and the style of the dress, but Joielle is not responsible for final size selection. Sizes cannot be changed once the order has been processed. Alterations are still required in most cases to fit the dress to your unique shape.
Fabric/Colors
We strongly recommend that you order a fabric swatch before ordering a dress if you have not seen dress colors in person as computer monitors can vary in accuracy of color representation. Joielle is not responsible for color selection and natural variations between dye lots. To ensure that your bridal party dresses are cut from the same fabric dye lot, you must contact us in advance so we can hold the party and submit to the designer together.
Production/Delivery Time
Delivery times are noted for dresses and accessories, but estimated ship dates cannot be confirmed until the order is placed with the designer. Once the designer confirms the order, a second email notification will be sent to the customer confirming the estimated ship date. If you are part of a bridal party, your order may be held until all orders are in to ensure same fabric dye lot. Bridal parties are encouraged to order within a 2-week timeframe to ensure prompt delivery estimates. Joielle is not responsible if your ship date is pushed later because other orders in your bridal party have not been placed. You will receive an email with the updated ship week once the bridal party is submitted.
Shipping
A signature is not required for packages delivered to residential locations. We recommend that you have your dress shipped to a business if you are unsure about the safety of a package being left at your residence. Please contact us if you would like to add a signature requirement to your shipment.
