Actual ship week estimates for Dessy Group and Watters are found in the delivery dropdown menu on dress pages. Please be sure to include the wear date for your items in the Event Information section during the first step of the checkout process.

Rush order fees are set fees charged by the designer to expedite the production time of your dress or accessory. Your order "cuts the line" in the production line so it can be made faster. Rush order fees do not include express shipping. If you need an item sooner than the rush options provided, please contact us ASAP for super rush and express shipping options.

Dresses and accessories ship via FedEx Ground for the lower 48 states and USPS Priority Mail for Alaska and Hawaii. Landa Designs dresses ship directly from the designer via UPS Ground. We will email you a tracking number when your order ships. Items purchased together are usually held until everything is received so your entire order is sent in one shipment. Please contact us if you need items with shorter delivery times shipped first. Swatch orders are not shipped until all swatches in order are received from the manufacturer unless otherwise requested by the customer.

We do not require a signature for packages delivered to residential locations. We recommend that you have your dress shipped to a business if you are unsure about the safety of a package being left at your residence.
