Seasonal Production Delays

Due to factory holidays in January 2012, production times have been lengthened.

For Dessy Group lines, Regular orders are estimated to ship in 11-12 weeks and Rush orders will ship in 9-10 weeks. There will be limited availability for Super Rush by special request. Delays will be taken into account with accurate real-time estimates in the product page delivery options.

For Landa Designs lines, Regular orders are estimated to ship in 9-10 weeks and Rush orders will ship in 7-8 weeks.

Order Process

Once your order has been confirmed with the designer, we will send you an email with the estimated ship date. The production times below are a guide provided by the designer, but they are not guaranteed. Please be sure to include the wear date for your items in the Event Information section during the first step of the checkout process.

Rush Options

Rush order fees are set fees charged by the designer to expedite the production time of your dress or accessory. Your order "cuts the line" in the production line so it can be made faster. Rush order fees do not include express shipping. If you need an item sooner than the rush options provided, please contact us ASAP. There is always the possibility that we can work with the designer for an even faster turn-around time, or use overnight or 2-day express shipping to make it in time for your event.

Shipping within the U.S.

We offer $10 flat fee shipping via FedEx Ground to domestic locations for most items regardless of your total purchase amount. Dresses and accessories to Alaska and Hawaii ship via USPS Priority Mail. Landa Designs ship directly from the designer via UPS Ground. We will email you a tracking number when your order ships. When purchasing items from multiple designers, you may receive separate shipments to ensure proper delivery time. The shipping cost for greeting cards is tiered at $3 for purchases up to $11.99, and $5 for purchases $12 and above. All 2"x2" and 5"x7" swatches ship free within the United States and $2 internationally.

We do not require a signature for packages delivered to residential locations. We recommend that you have your dress shipped to a business if you are unsure about the safety of a package being left at your residence.

Shipping to other Countries

For international orders, shipping rates will vary based on our estimates with USPS International Express mail. Landa Designs ships international via UPS. Tracking information will be provided and all packages are insured. Please calculate an additional 1-3 weeks delivery time to reach your destination depending on distance and the customs process. Note that we are not responsible for any duties and taxes that may be imposed by your government.
